An introducer: we guide, you decide
Our business is advice, introductions and coordination. Regulated acts are carried by partners holding the required licences, who act under their own responsibility; we stay at your side to prepare, guide and coordinate.
Three kinds of service, in practice: those we deliver ourselves (concierge work, oversight, coordination), individually quoted; those a partner delivers (mortgage broker, currency transfer, works); and the property search, entrusted to a partner buying agent holding the carte T licence.
