Which cookies and trackers French Realty uses, what they are for, and how to make or change your choices.

What is a cookie

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the service to work; others, such as audience measurement, are only placed with your consent. We do not set any non-essential tracker before you have given your consent.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the site to work and do not require consent. They are not used for advertising or ad tracking.

  • Language preference (fr_lang): stores your choice of French, English or Portuguese.
  • Login session: authentication cookies that keep you securely signed in to your space.
  • Remembering your cookie choice(fr_consent): stores your acceptance or refusal of audience measurement, so you are not asked again on every visit.
  • Administration tools: technical cookies reserved for the internal team (for example the "view as" preview).

Audience measurement (subject to your consent)

With your consent only, we use Microsoft Clarity(Microsoft Corporation) to understand how pages are used (page views, journeys, heatmaps and anonymised session replays) and improve the service. This tracker is only loaded after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you refuse, it is not set.

  • Purpose: audience measurement and experience improvement.
  • Legal basis: your consent.
  • Issuer: Microsoft Corporation.
  • Duration of your choice: six months, after which consent is requested again.

Advertising and social networks

We currently use no advertising cookies and no social network cookies. Should this change, this page and the consent banner would be updated before any tracker is set.

Newsletter

Subscribing to our newsletter relies on explicit consent and an email confirmation (double opt-in). It does not set any tracking cookie. You can unsubscribe in one click from each email.

Managing your choices

You can change your mind at any time. The banner reappears so you can accept or refuse audience measurement.

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may however degrade how the site works.
