Data controller

Data collected

• Account data: name, email, phone, property address.
• Service data: requests, reports, photos related to the property.
• Billing data: package purchases, hour-account history.
• Discussion data: chat conversations (visitor or client), email left to be contacted back, attachments exchanged.
• Technical data: connection logs required for service security.
• Subscription data: email address, and name if you provide it, when subscribing to the newsletter.

Purposes

The data is used to provide the service (hour-account management, scheduling and performance of interventions), handle billing, send you the necessary transactional emails and respond to your requests.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations (billing) and, where applicable, your consent.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation (language, session, remembering your cookie choice). With your consent only, we measure audience via Microsoft Clarity to improve the service; no non-essential tracker is set without your agreement, collected via a dedicated banner. Chat and messaging

The site chat connects you with our team: no robot answers. For a signed-out visitor, the conversation is tied to a technical identifier stored in a strictly necessary cookie (180-day validity); the email you may leave to be contacted back, the messages and the attachments exchanged are kept to track your request. For a signed-in client, the history of exchanges is tied to your account. You can export your conversation from the chat, or request its erasure by writing to us.

• Purpose: answering your requests and tracking the relationship.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your requests (visitor), or the performance of the contract (client).
• Duration: 12 months after the conversation is closed, then deletion.

Hosting and subprocessors

Data is hosted with our technical providers (in particular for infrastructure, database, payments, email sending and, subject to your consent, audience measurement). Payment is processed by a certified payment provider; we do not store your banking data.

Retention period

Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (particularly accounting). Chat conversations are deleted 12 months after they are closed.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address (and your name if you provide it) is used to send you our content and news. Subscription relies on double consent: a confirmation email validates your request before any sending. You can unsubscribe at any time, in one click, via the link in each email or from the dedicated page.

• Purpose: sending the French Realty newsletter.
• Legal basis: your consent (double opt-in).
• Duration: as long as your subscription is active; a record of your unsubscription is kept to honour your choice.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to us. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
