Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of advisory, property-care, coordination and lifestyle services, individually quoted and performed by French Realty SASfor the client, in particular on the property they own or occupy.

2. Services and billing model

Every service is the subject of a prior quote, drawn up byFrench Realty SAS and accepted by the client. The quote details the services, the amount excluding VAT and the conditions of performance; it is binding between the parties. Unless the quote states otherwise, payment is made online before performance begins. If the scope changes during a mission, a priced amendment is proposed to the client before continuing.

Third-party fees. Fees charged by outside providers (craftspeople, cleaning, catering, etc.) are billed separately at their actual rate and are not included in the quote unless expressly stated.

Hour credits. Hour credits acquired previously or from the client area do not expire and are consumed under the rules in force at the time of purchase (a 60-minute minimum, then in 15-minute increments rounded up).

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. French VAT at the rate of 20% is added at payment, as the services relate to a property located in France. A quote is valid for thirty (30) days from its issue unless stated otherwise; hours already purchased remain at the purchase rate.

4. Order and payment

An accepted quote is paid online via a secure payment (a payment link sent by your contact, or the client area). The mission starts as soon as payment is confirmed, and a compliant invoice is issued for each payment. Hour-credit purchases from the client area follow the same terms.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract, without having to give reasons.

Waiver for immediate performance (art. L221-25). When the client requests performance of a service before the end of the withdrawal period, they are invited, at payment, to expressly request this early performance and to acknowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. In the event of withdrawal after a requested start of performance, the client pays an amount proportional to the part of the service already performed.

Partially consumed hours

If withdrawal is exercised after some hours of the package have already been consumed, the refund covers the balance of unconsumed hours. Hours already consumed remain due, billed according to the time-billing rule above, as do any outside-provider fees already incurred.

6. Performance of services

A request for intervention is scheduled when the hour balance is sufficient. The client is informed of the time billed after each intervention and receives a report. If the actual duration exceeds the estimate and brings the balance negative, the actual time is still recorded and the client is invited to top up their account.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in ourprivacy policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The consumer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
