Terms of use
Rules for accessing and using the French Realty platform. They supplement the terms of sale, which govern the purchase of hour packages.
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the website and spaces of the French Realty platform, published by French Realty SAS. The purchase and billing of services are governed by the terms of sale; the processing of personal data by the privacy policy.
2. Acceptance
Use of the platform implies acceptance of these Terms. A user who does not agree to them must refrain from using the service. Creating an account constitutes acceptance.
3. Nature of the service
French Realty is an advisory, property-care and coordination company whose services are individually quoted, and an introduction service.French Realty SAS itself performs the non-regulated property-care and coordination services. For regulated services, particularly property-related, it merelyorients and introduces the user to a specialist partner, which carries them out under its own responsibility.
French Realty SAS performs no act covered by the regulation of property professions: no search or sale mandate, no negotiation, no transaction, no rental management. On these matters, its role is limited to introductions and coordination.
4. Account and access
Access to personal spaces requires creating an account. At registration, a verification code is sent by email and a valid phone number is requested. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Login credentials are personal and confidential; the user is responsible for actions performed from their account.
- Any unauthorised use must be reported without delay tocontact@frenchrealty.fr.
- Different spaces exist depending on the profile (client, staff, and provider or partner professional accounts). Each gives access to distinct features, within the limits of the assigned role.
5. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following are prohibited in particular: fraudulent access or circumvention of security measures, unauthorised automated use, disruption of the service, uploading of unlawful content or malicious files, and infringement of the rights of third parties.
6. Messaging and online assistant
A messaging service allows signed-in clients to exchange with the team. A conversational assistant may welcome visitors and orientthem to the relevant page or service; it does not provide regulated advice and is not a substitute for an exchange with the team or the opinion of a qualified professional. Content exchanged must remain respectful and lawful.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform (text, visuals, trademarks, logos, structure, code) are protected. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation from French Realty SAS, is prohibited.
8. Service availability
French Realty SAS strives to ensure the availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades or security reasons.
9. Liability
French Realty SAS is liable for the property-care and coordination services it performs. Regulated services referred to a partner are the sole responsibility of that partner. French Realty SAS cannot be held liable for damages resulting from non-compliant use of the platform or temporary unavailability of the service.

11. Changes to these Terms
French Realty SAS may update these Terms. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use of the platform.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
