On the French Riviera, Saint-Tropez holds one of France's most exclusive markets: renovated village houses, hillside villas with sea views and addresses near the beaches, carried by lasting international demand.

Your property in Saint-Tropez, seen from abroad
Saint-Tropez hosts an international community used to prestige purchases, with a local ecosystem familiar with foreign files. For a non-resident buyer, the challenge is not the availability of services but coordinating them remotely and off-season. Your dedicated concierge bridges that on site; for the notaire, currency exchange or financing, you are directed to a specialist partner.

Saint-Tropez at a glance

- Nearest airportToulon-Hyeres, 50 min
- Nearest TGVSaint-Raphael, 40 min
Getting there and around
Saint-Tropez has no airport or TGV station of its own, and that very isolation preserves its exclusivity. Air access runs through Toulon-Hyeres airport (50 min away, seasonal direct flights to London and Northern Europe) or Nice-Cote d'Azur (1 h 30, worldwide connections). A helicopter links Nice or Toulon to the gulf in about twenty minutes. By train, the TGV stations of Saint-Raphael and Les Arcs-Draguignan sit 40 minutes away, then a road or boat shuttle. In peak season, road access becomes the real friction point: plan for a boat or helicopter.
The rhythm of the year
Saint-Tropez has the most contrasted rhythm on the French Riviera: intense from June to September, peaceful the rest of the year to the point of becoming a village again. The property market is most active in spring (April-June) and at the September return, windows when fine homes can be viewed in good conditions. The summer high season slows viewings while saturating logistics. For a remote buyer, the ideal is to target spring or autumn; winter, very quiet, suits discreet off-market acquisitions and negotiation.
French Realty acts as a business introducer: it informs, guides and coordinates. Regulated property transactions are carried out by partners under their own responsibility.
