When you are away, we organise periodic visits to your property: visual inspection, airing, meter readings, checks for any damage (leaks, intrusion, humidity, etc.). After each visit you receive a short report, with photos where needed, and we can coordinate interventions if something requires attention.

How it works

1. 1. We agree with you on visit frequency (monthly, every two months, tailored) and the checklist of points to review.
2. 2. Your dedicated concierge carries out the visits and completes the checklist.
3. 3. You receive a report after each visit and, if needed, we help organise any required works.
4. Billed by time spent: €99 excl. tax / hour, travel and coordination included.
