Getting there and around

Nice Côte d’Azur airport, France’s second busiest, is 20 min away: it serves the main European capitals plus long-haul flights to the Gulf and North America. Antibes station, on the Marseille-Ventimiglia axis, runs direct TGVs to Paris in about 5 h and frequent regional trains to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The A8 links Sophia Antipolis in 15 min, Italy in 45 min and Aix-en-Provence in 2 h. Private transfers and boat taxis shape the summer toward the Cap and the Lérins islands.

The rhythm of the year

The market starts strongly as early as February for summer-bound homes, peaks from April to June and slows sharply in late July and August when the town lives at holiday pace.
