Terms of sale

Last updated : June 2026 · Document to be reviewed by legal counsel.

Terms applicable to the purchase of hour packages and French Realty property-care services.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of hour packages for property-care, coordination and lifestyle services performed by French Realty SAS on the property owned or occupied by the client.

2. Services and billing model

Services are billed on a time-spent basis, drawn from a prepaid hour account. The rate is unique: €99 ex. VAT per hour, including travel and coordination, with no formula and no volume discount. The client buys whichever number of hours they wish, at the same rate.

Time billing. Each intervention is billed at a minimum of one hour, then in 15-minute increments rounded up. Fees charged by outside providers (craftspeople, cleaning, catering, etc.) are billed separately at their actual rate and are not included in the hours.

Validity period. Purchased hours do not expire and remain acquired by the client.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. French VAT at the rate of 20% is added at payment, as the services relate to a property located in France. The hourly rate may be revised for future purchases; hours already purchased remain at the purchase rate.

4. Order and payment

A package is purchased online via a secure payment. The corresponding hour credit is added to the client's account as soon as payment is confirmed. A compliant invoice is issued for each package purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract, without having to give reasons.

Waiver for immediate performance (art. L221-25). When the client requests performance of a service before the end of the withdrawal period, they are invited, at payment, to expressly request this early performance and to acknowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. In the event of withdrawal after a requested start of performance, the client pays an amount proportional to the hours already consumed.

Partially consumed hours

If withdrawal is exercised after some hours of the package have already been consumed, the refund covers the balance of unconsumed hours. Hours already consumed remain due, billed according to the time-billing rule above, as do any outside-provider fees already incurred.

6. Performance of services

A request for intervention is scheduled when the hour balance is sufficient. The client is informed of the time billed after each intervention and receives a report. If the actual duration exceeds the estimate and brings the balance negative, the actual time is still recorded and the client is invited to top up their account.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in ourprivacy policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The consumer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
