French Realty is your house of services for your property in France. You buy hours, and your dedicated concierge uses them to handle your property care and coordination requests. For regulated services, we connect you with a specialist partner who carries them out under their own responsibility.

Your dedicated concierge. A single point of contact who keeps the whole picture of your project and orchestrates it from start to finish: they deliver the upkeep and coordination services themselves, billed by time spent, and bring in the right partner for the rest (exclusive buyer agent, mortgage broker, notary), who acts under their own responsibility. You keep one contact and one overview at every step.

No. Once you have sent your request from your space, your concierge takes care of everything and keeps you informed at every step.

Choose a service, create your account, then send your request from your space. For time-based services, you buy the hours needed and your concierge takes over; for partner services, we arrange the introduction.

There is a single rate: 99 EUR excl. VAT per hour, travel and coordination included, with no package or volume discount. You buy as many hours as you like, at the same rate, and they stay yours with no expiry. French VAT of 20 % is added at payment. This applies to services delivered by French Realty; services entrusted to a partner (buying agent, mortgage broker, notary, currency transfer) are handled as an introduction.

Every visit is billed at a minimum of 60 minutes, then rounded up to the next 15 minutes. For example: 20 minutes count as 60 minutes, 1 h 10 counts as 1 h 15.

No. Your hours remain yours, with no expiry date. You draw on them as your needs arise.

No. We bill our time. The costs of a tradesperson, a cleaning company or a caterer are billed to you separately, at their actual price.

Payment is made online, by card, through a secure page. You receive a compliant invoice for each purchase of hours.

No. French Realty provides property care and coordination, billed by time spent. For search, purchase, sale or rental management, which are regulated activities, we point you to a specialist partner who carries out the act under their own responsibility.

We connect you with a partner buying agent (chasseur immobilier), holder of the required professional licence, and we coordinate the steps around your project. The regulated service is carried out by the partner agent; French Realty is not itself a buying agent.

We point you to the right partner professional (notary, mortgage broker, adviser) and we make coordination easier. French Realty informs and connects; the partner executes.

Across France. You choose your service and give the property's city; we organise the visit or the introduction to the right partner, wherever you are. If we need to mobilise a provider or a buying agent in a new city, we take care of it.

Yes. Your concierge and all of our exchanges are available in French and English.

Yes. Discretion and confidentiality are at the heart of our service. Your information is used solely to fulfil your requests.
